Terms

Adults

This site describes a villa with one gaming room in it. The Finnish age for such a room is 18. Below it, the door stays closed and these pages are not for you.

Nothing is played here

No stake is accepted at rainbuilders.com, no account is maintained and no money is transferred. These pages carry no game and offer nothing to put on a device. All of it happens in one room at Rauhalahdentie 11.

Accuracy

Hours and numbers here are kept up and may still be wrong that evening: a table shut, a room off, the sauna unlit because the chimney is being swept. Nothing here is an offer. A booking comes into being when we confirm it to you, and not before.

What belongs to the villa

The writing, the photographs and the drawings all belong to this villa. You may quote a line of it so long as you say where it is from. The photographs and the drawings do not travel, and no other name goes near them.

Links elsewhere

Where this site points at a timetable or the hill tower, that is convenience. The far end of a link is not ours and not our responsibility.

On the property

Staff may refuse entry to the lamp room, the counter or the villa, and may ask anybody to leave, without giving a reason. It is almost always drink. It is not a negotiation. The kitchen serves once.

The lake

Swimming, the jetty and the ice are at your own risk. The sign at the jetty says whether the ice has been drilled and is safe; believe the sign and not the look of it.

This website

Plain files served by a host we pay for. It is unavailable occasionally and nothing is promised against that.

What we answer for

What goes wrong on this shore is ours to answer for. Loss arising from using this site is excluded from our liability to the extent Finnish law permits. Statutory consumer rights are untouched.

Law and forum

These terms are governed by Finnish law and the District Court of North Savo has jurisdiction.
