If you only read
Nobody is identified by reading them. The site has no booking engine, no payment page and no account, so it holds no name, no card and no reservation at all.
Two values can be written into your browser here, and nothing else can read them:

Both stay on your device. Neither reaches us and neither reaches a third party.
What the server records
The host writes the requesting address, the page, the time, the browser string and the response code. Thirty days, then deleted. Consulted when something has broken or when the site is being attacked. Joined to nothing else.
Letters and telephone
Email is kept while the matter is open and for twelve months after. Telephone calls are not recorded. None of it is handed on for promotional use by anybody at all.
Measurement and advertising
No analytics tag and no advertising tag loads here. The head of every page declares all four Consent Mode signals denied before a second script exists. If a tag is ever added it will not fire until Allow has been chosen and it stops the moment that answer changes.
Legal basis
Consent, under Article 6(1)(a), for the two stored answers. Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest for the server log, the interest being a working and unbroken site. Letters and email are held because you asked us to do something.
Processors
Our hosting company and our mail provider, both in the European Economic Area. Neither receives more than carrying the request requires. Nothing is sold.
Rights, and the supervisory authority
Under the GDPR you may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and may object. Write to us first. If that does not settle it, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman takes complaints in Finland.
Young readers
The reader these pages assume is an adult. Nothing is knowingly collected from anyone under 18, and the single room with an age rule on it has somebody standing at it.
Changes
The review date at the top of this page moves when the page does. No list exists here, so no notice goes anywhere.
